This is an issue of some missing threat definitions in our database. Very easy to fix and probably by the time you read this, already updated and now being detected!
Make sure that CounterSpy is uninstalled. Also, we strongly recommend to turn off (better yet uninstall) other antivirus products that have active protection. After that, re-run the VIPRE install. If that does not do the trick, get in touch with our Support Team.
